Job Description

As a leading scale-up within the online video and entertainment industry, THEO wants to safeguard their messaging from Awareness to Closing/Nurturing stage. By doing so THEO thrives on delivering the best insights and general communication to all potential and existing customers as well as exploiting every marketing action to the maximum. 

As THEO’s Content Specialist, you will be THEO’s main point of contact regarding everything communication; from website content, to inbound funnel review, to coordinating the technical content team.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate and write engaging content to provide the whole marketing team with consistent, top notch content. Our primary insights are; blogs, Guides, Whitepapers, Webinars, Email. 
    • Be an SEO buffer - you have experience in SEO analysis and will make sure every content piece is SEO funded.
    • Write PR content for press-releases and newsletters.
    • Update online content via the content management system HubSpot.
    • Coordinate between internal stakeholders to ensure their input and requirements are fully captured in THEO’s messaging.
    • Be an investigative translator by interviewing our customers & partners in order to turn their insights into valuable content. 
    • Protect and improve our tone-of-voice and brand guidelines.
    • Ensure both online and offline communication/copy is aligned with the content strategy.
    • Accuracy in attention to detail - excellent proof-reader.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • At least 3+ years of dedicated content experience. 
  • You have a (Bachelor’s) degree in Marketing or another related field.
  • You’re a native or high professional English writer.
  • You have an affiliation with technology.
  • You have an understanding of Inbound marketing and SEO mythology.
  • You have a previous experience in B2B Marketing.
  • You’re an ambitious communicator who’s eager to deliver content in perfect harmony.
  • You’re critical about deliverables and always look for ways to improve.
  • You feel empowered by working in an agile, sprint driven way of working.
  • You’re a hustler at heart, not afraid to come up with crazy ideas and you’re not afraid to be a creative problem-solver.
  • You’re ready to work for a fast-paced, international company that sets the bar within the industry.
  • You’re a team player with no fear of collaborating cross-functionally. 
  • You are flexible and will jump in when a colleague, the team needs help.
  • Graphical skills, HTML5 and CSS skills are a plus.
