How you'll make a difference

As a Customer Success Team Lead at THEOplayer, you will be responsible for making customers happy. This means building close relationships with customers during their onboarding process and maintaining this relationship to keeping track of their needs and avoid churn while identifying upsell opportunities and help driving them to the finish. You will be the voice of the customer within the company, and will play a crucial role when communicating with the support, product, development and sales teams.

Duties & Responsabilities 

  • Guard and improve the customer success processes.
  • Ensure training and on-boarding new customers as well as renewals of existing customers.
  • Help customers to be successful.
  • Be a crucial part in the communication flow from external customer questions to relevant internal teams such as support, product...
  • Manage churn and build relationships with our customers.
  • Budget management.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive them to the finish.
  • Bring your insights and experience to the company to steer the customer success team towards more success.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success teams or in account management roles.
  • Patience to help customers as efficiently as possible.
  • Read people and situations to avoid customer churn.
  • Being proactive and anticipate customer needs before they voice them.
  • Ability and willingness to understand customers use cases.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize.
  • Confident (customer oriented) English communicator.
