As a Customer Success Team Lead at THEOplayer, you will be responsible for making customers happy. This means building close relationships with customers during their onboarding process and maintaining this relationship to keeping track of their needs and avoid churn while identifying upsell opportunities and help driving them to the finish. You will be the voice of the customer within the company, and will play a crucial role when communicating with the support, product, development and sales teams.
