How you'll make a difference:

The Partner Development Manager role is key to THEO Technologies’ partner management strategy. It is a business development role, accountable for driving performance of a managed portfolio of partners by business priority. The goal is to drive partner recruitment, enablement and business growth based on their strengths and priorities.

Partner recruitment: identify partners to create a balanced portfolio aligned to business requirements. Drive partner’s business qualification to ensure investments are made in partners that are committed and capable. Secure business plan and joint marketing plan endorsed by partner’s leadership to accelerate partner journey to business growth.

Partner enablement: develop business, marketing and technology capabilities within the partner portfolio, based on capacity requirements. Secure and coordinate resources and programs to enable partner capacity growth for current and new capabilities.

Drive business growth: accountable for the growth of the business across the partner portfolio, aligned with the sales team. Drive business performance as well as support global expansion.


Duties & Responsibilities

Partner strategy:

  • Create, lead, negotiate and implement effective partner GTM strategies that drive results across the THEO Technologies solutions portfolio.
  • Continuously review our partner landscape and align with THEO business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans and develop and communicate final recommendations.

Partner account management:

  • Identify, develop and track commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of proposals and act as a liaison between the commercial team and the customer support team when required.
  • Put legal documentation in place (NDAs, license agreements, partner contracts, MoUs,…).
  • Quarterly review of partner performance.

Partner marketing management:

  • Facilitate co-marketing activities in alignment with THEO and partner marketing teams.
  • Ensure integrated communications about all relevant topics to our partner landscape while leveraging new media platforms.
  • Represent THEO at industry events/conferences and establish THEO as the Vendor #1.

Partner technical enablement:

  • Coordinate and execute partner technical enablement strategies programs and best practices.
  • Build the capabilities and competence around the partner ecosystem.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant topic (business, marketing, computer science).
  • Relevant sales, partner relationship management and/or solution development skills.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in media tech/ad tech/telco.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very well organized, self-managing individual.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor and enthusiasm.
  • Ready to travel worldwide for short periods of time.
