THEO Technologies is looking for high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help us meet our ambitious growth objectives in the online video industry.
The (SDR) reports to the SDR Team lead and is responsible for generating sales leads through inbound and outbound campaigns, daily prospecting, increasing the sales pipeline, prospect qualification, and delivering assigned monthly sales revenue targets. The role also includes engaging with potential prospects and identifying and developing qualified opportunities/leads. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills are a must.
The SDR role is a critical component of the THEO Technologies sales methodology and is key to the continued success of the company. As an SDR you will focus entirely on the front-end of the sales process and be responsible for developing and qualifying good leads for our company and setting qualified appointments for our account executives (AE’s). In order to accomplish your goals, you will leverage all available lead generation tools, events, programs and more, to identify and pre-qualify potential leads for the sales team. An SDR will engage prospects over different communication platforms (E-mail, InMail, Sales Navigator messaging) and via multiple approaches (outbound & inbound) and at times face to face (at industry events), to qualify the opportunity for the next steps in the engagement cycle. Target clients will include Telecommunications Service Providers, Online video publishers, Broadcasters and Content Producers across all regions of the world.
