Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop our marketing strategy with a strong focus on product marketing and brand building and developing a best-in-class demand generation engine;
  • Work with the executive team, sales and other key stakeholders across the company to set and execute the strategy and roadmap for THEO Technologies’ long-term growth;
  • Lead and continue to build a high-performing marketing team that scales to match THEO Technologies’ rapid growth;
  • Lead the marketing GTM strategy including branding, demand generation, content marketing, internal and external communications, public relations, and events;
  • Create marketing programs to drive awareness, and generate, nurture, and qualify leads;
  • Maintain world-class quality standards for all of THEO Technologies’ marketing materials;
  • Create playbooks and training modules for the successful development of growth skills and initiatives across product, SEO, SEM, funnel optimization, product marketing, digital marketing, PR, events, etc.;
  • Manage the effectiveness of our marketing technology stack, including Hubspot. 

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing/demand generation experience;
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, building and managing a marketing function;
  • Management experience within brand marketing, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, marketing ops. or other related areas of marketing;
  • Data-driven executive who has developed shared measurement and tracking of demand generation programs for marketing and sales;
  • Proven track record of measuring and improving the effectiveness of demand generation efforts, partnering with sales to improve them, and reporting those results as well as recommendations up to the executive level;
  • Significant experience with SEO, Paid Media, Paid Social, E-mail, CRM and Events;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to create forecasting models and manage related marketing spend;
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes within a fast-paced startup environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly and hit goals.
