Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Director to join our team and drive the expansion of THEO in the market. If you are passionate with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the streaming industry, we want to hear from you.

This roles involves

  • Executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Using  a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting & reporting.
  • Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity.
  • Meeting and activating your network on trade shows, events or during visits.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product development, to ensure a successful  approach in addressing client needs.
  • Being a brand enthusiast for THEO Technologies.

About you

  • You have about 10 years of experience in a similar revenue closing executive role in the online video industry (IPTV, OTT, broadcast and/or publishing).
  • You can prove a track record managing and achieving aggressive growth goals.
  • Your good technical knowledge gives you the ability to rapidly up-skill.
  • You’re able to build strong relationships,  including sustaining long-term customer relationships.
  • You’re preferably located in or near to Belgium.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and in a culture of freedom and responsibility.
  • Your English written and verbal communication skills are excellent.
